No customer service... One month still no glasses

I've been a person of Lenscrafters, in Beachwood, KANSAS for a long time... For not just myself, but my spouse and my parents. We requested my spouse $800.00 glasses on 12/24... It's today Jan 18 but still no spectacles... There's little option, since we just needed to spend $200, because our insurance acquired the remainder.

Unfortuntaely, by this becoming an end-of the advantage year purchase, we-don't wish to cope with the trouble of looking to get another organization to protect the brand new spectacles thru 2010. Anyhow, after individually visiting the shop weekely, following the guarantee day of January 2, being informed it'll be within 2 times every time I went. I've finally had enough. I went in to the shop one final time, for 2 factors... To comprehend why, throughout this case the only real conversation together has originate from me... They not once named to provide me or my spouse any type of update... Also to obtain the data for that Area supervisor, becuase obviously the shop manager has fallen the ball. It got the workers 20 mins. Ahead up using the corporate tackle and and 877 amount...

Along with that, they delivered a technology upfront to speak with me. The only real cause I really could observe is the fact that they experienced that since I had been Africanamerican and he also was Africanamerican, that perhaps he could easily get me not to be upset. Sadly for them, there's grounds why he's not really a customer-facing employee. He proceeded to try and claim and overtalk me. All-in hopes to persuade me the loaner set of spectacles, they chose to provide nowadays, could fulfill me. So when I told him that I really don't have any need to have them he cotinued on, as though overlooking my demand might make me consider them...

Obviously, no quality... No guarantee for that spectacles to become below before "at-best next Friday, " and all-they wish to accomplish is provide me 25% off what I paid of wallet...
