Over a month and still have not recieved glasses

Following a poor encounter 4 years back I chose to provide Contact crafters another opportunity. Jan 9th, I'd a vision examination, requested spectacles and taken care of them entirely. I had been informed it'd be no further then 14 days and that I might have my spectacles. Obviously, I spend more than 600 bucks for my spectacles. It's today Feb 4th and that I have yet to receive my spectacles. I received no curtisy calls to describe the problem. I've needed to contact every week simply to obtain a run-around and perspective. Personally, I WOn't be considered a client there again I've had exactly the same exaxt issue twice, 4 years back and current. I recognize it's not really a fluke its Contact Crafters that's the issue...
