Seven calls and long holds before getting proper information

Complaint revolves around customer service at AT&T. Why did it have to take 7 calls and unbelievable hold times for the 7th CSR to give me proper information??? These people don't care and what's more, don't know answers and are definitely inept at problem solving... Obviously not trained well!!!
