ATT - the WORST service ever - u-verse

We ordered ATT Uverse phone, internet and TV. NONE of it has worked properly and we have now talked to 24 customer care providers. ATT cannot fix the problem, but more importantly, they are completely inept when it comes to customer care. Service people have no showed three times. Promises to return calls with follow up information have been broken on five occassions. We have spent over 10 hours on the phone with ATT to resolve the problem - to no avail. Each time, I have to re-tell the story as their systems don't talk to one another. We have been transferred from department to deparment, etc. I am dropping ALL of my ATT service ASAP. That's over $400 per month. This is the worst bureacracy I have yet seen. I find it hard to believe, but I am looking forward to going back to COMCAST.
