Absolutely ZERO customer service, the worst I have ever seen. If they do happen to respond to an email, they make it sound like you are bothering them. They have not delivered on the first promise.
DO NOT waste your time or money thinking they will provided services described. THEY WILL NOT! I agree with the first poster as I purchased the package in July and haven't seen the first tradeline post. Only out $200, still an expensive lesson.
