Overnight Mother's Day Live Stock Order Never Shipped or Canceled

This is the worst company I have dealt with in my life. I ordered some live stock for Mother's Day with overnight Saturday delivery. Nothing was shipped! I called customer service many times asking for a tracking number. I waited all day for a package that was never shipped. I cannot believe this. No gift for Mother's Day, and I wasted my Saturday waiting for a package that never shipped!

Since then, I have called and emailed customer service many times to cancel this order, and no one helped. I spoke with managers. The last one was Ryan, ID 025789, who promised me and told me, "Take my word, I will cancel it and send you an email tonight." Nothing happened. Ryan, you are like the others!

So that this review is not too long, here is how Petco operates: Petco Online, customer service in the Philippines, and a third-party warehouse I am not sure where. The funny part is that there is no communication between these three parties, since every time I called, I was told they had no information from their third-party warehouse. Come on! Almost a week and you could not get in touch with your third-party warehouse!
