Scam

I requested blinds from overstock.com and attempted to stop before these were delivered but was too late. After I obtained them within the email I delivered them instantly without actually starting the container these were delivered in. Upon return, overstock originally returned the cost (less price of delivery) subsequently delivered another mail and stated they subtracted $40 more since there have been locks within the bundle. I named them-and stated used to donot actually start the bundle and also the CS individual "Jessica" was nearly giggling when she explained they couldn't restock them because of locks. Again, used to do not really start the container it had been delivered in. I've observed different articles where overstock has stated there have been locks within the results. Has anybody actually noticed the evidence of these "locks"? I believe this can be a fraud that they're tugging, particularly the way in which "Jessica" was answering my phone. Does anybody know of any class-action matches against overstock?
