Huge ripoff company, pathetic customer service and warranties

I purchased an IPOD Mini for my son 4 months ago. It has stopped working. There has been NO abuse to the IPOD, it just stopped.

I contacted Overstock.com via e-mail and they stated that they only guarantee their electronics for 30 days.
All I want was to exchange the piece of crap they sent me; I would expect an Apple IPOD to last longer than 3-4 months.

Overstock.com stated they have a 30 day return policy and that I am out of luck.

I will purchase another IPOD from a REPUTABLE business like Circuit City or Best Buy; there is a 1 year warranty with these real companies.

I will NEVR purchase anything again from Overstock.com
