I didn't understand all the conditions of Overstock.com's protection policy

I bought a Fuji Finepix F700 camera from overstock.com in March of to get a reduced price combined with the Jewelry Protection guarantee.

The camera was ideal until November once the show was dark and demonstrated no image.

Since I Have bought the guarantee just for an event, I delivered the camera in to the middle. A couple of days later, I obtained a phone, and that I was informed that my camera couldn't be set which I'd be delivered a look for $170.00. Which was the entire quantity of the compensation despite the fact that I'd invested $269.00 about the camera. I had been later advised the guarantee determined decline in compensation.

I'm the conditions of the guarantee strategy are deceptive which I got scammed by overstock.com.
