Return scam!

I purchased a match from overstock.com and requested the incorrect size.instantly realizing this I approached their customer support and was informed these were not able to stop the purchase. I received the purchase in broken packaging and prepared the return and delivered it back. Per week later I obtained a partial reimbursement of $30 that was a portion of the price. They stated the match included a hair and required about 2 hours of my period and worrying to obtain my partial reimbursement plus they nevertheless declined to protect delivery like a courtesy in my experience for that trouble they produced. OVERSTOCK.com has got the toughest customer support I Have experienced in ages plus they attempted to con me on the fundamental return! Never again can I actually contemplate providing them with my company.
