Lied and deceived the owner REFUSED TO refund my deposit on a spa

I came into Backyard Leisure expecting to have a good expierence that was not the case. I left a sizeable deposit on a hot tub on 11/26 which is a Friday. I told the Sales person who I now findout is the sleezy owner that I would need to think about it. On December 2nd I went to a few other spa stores and realized I was getting ripped off and asked for my deposit back. I came in around 430pm and they were all drinking beer and reeked of alcohol. I asked for my deposit back and he became rude claiming he lost a sale.
I told him he was acting very unprofessional and asked to speak to the owner. He informs me that the owner is Chris Scott and that is him. He told me that he was going to keep my deposit and there wasnt shit i could do about it. This was after he was stumbling around drunk.
I told him I would report him to the BBB and he laughed and said who cares. This company is run by an immature idiot who definitely needs to grow up. I will NEVER shop there again.
