Took my money and tresspassed me from their business in

Dont make the same mistake I did. I was shopping for a vehicle for my business. I found a truck I really liked on their lot. I gave a deposit to the owner and told him I would be back to talk more about the vehicle. After doing more research on the truck I was looking at I stumbled across the same truck for sale for significantly less. I asked the owner if he could consider matching their price. He said he would not and I asked for my deposit back. He told me the deposit was not refundable and had me look at my receipt. Sure enough he snuck in on the receipt that the refund was not refundable. He never verbally said anything about the deposit not being refundable. After I told him this was an unfair business practice he CALLED THE POLICE!!! He had me trespassed and escorted from the property. At no point did I ever use profanity or even raise my voice. The officer was very polite and Advised me to take it to civil court. I shouldnt have to do this but I will. Extremely unfair business practice.
