Bad DVD - Complaints

I purchased a DVD, Transformers, Revenge of the Fallen, at Walmart for a Christmas present. When it plays, it continiously jumps back to the same spot over and overand will not complete. I took it back and got a replacement and it does the same thing. I then purchased one from Target and it works fine. They said I could not get a refund for this DVD and I had to get the same DVD. I had my receipt.
