No Good

Todd Knrach, owner of Tailored Tree, was not bonded or insured when we gave him a deposit to remove trees from our yard. We asked if he could obtain the credentials needed and he said he would. He did not and he refused to refund our deposit of $200. I asked him if he would please refund our deposit and he said NO, I asked if he was going to keep money he hadn't earned and he said YES I AM GOING TOO KEEP MONEY I DIDN'T EARN! And he hung up on me. He was very rude and dishonest.
