Entered into agreement with Scott Untisz (Colorado ProScapes) to install backyard fence. Gave him $1000.00 check payable to Scott Untisz for materials deposit.
Due to inconsistency in communication and non-performance we cancelled work and asked for refund of our deposit. No materials were delivered and no labor was performed.
Scott Untisz agreed to return $1000.00 deposit via money order to be sent via U.S. Mail. Deposit has not been returned and Scott Untisz will not return phone calls or emails.
We have heard from other people who have also been ripped off by this individual. Beware!
