I'd been approached by an Your 365 customer support representative to plan my boyis images for his 2nd birthday. While she named me, she desired to plan a scheduled appointment at my previous target. I informed her that people no further existed there which a shooter have been out to my new handle beforehand. She stated she simply noticed the brand new address, and might contact me when she'd visits offered at my house address. SHE NEVER CALLED BACK! I waited for 3 months and positioned two calls recently, both which went right to voicemail during office hours. Used to do not get a call-back, and so I named again-this day. I had been positioned on store for five minutes whenever a lady got my info along and stated that basically am not named back by 3 pm that I ought to call-back. Not really two moments later, an other woman named me. The moment I responded, she began blaming me of holding on her twice while she'd me on-hold. She was really rude aswell. I quickly began to inform her that I'd not hung-up on her behalf, that various other woman got my data along and explained I'd get called back. She subsequently stated, "Oh, okay. Well, we've been attempting to achieve you since August and also you never answer your telephone!" Again, I disrupt her and inform her that I've been approached after July and talked using the individual who NAMED ME. I told this rude lady the cause I named nowadays was since the first lady NEVER called me back again to guide a scheduled appointment and he or she must get her tale directly since I've completed neither of the items she's blaming me of. She was really rude scheduling the visit. Customer support below HURTS!!! You'll never get a telephone call back in the event that you keep a note and become ready to get screamed at since the customer support representatives have no idea whats happening.
