No call for connection time

In August I had been provided a pamphlet about highspeed web from Baja Broadband. These were having bargains and that I believed it'd be considered a good-time to register for highspeed web, and so I named the woman that found my house and offered me the pamphlet to register and he or she got all my info including my drivers permit quantity and explained the people who deploy the internet could be touching me soon-to put up a scheduled appointment. Well, per week passed and nobody named to setup a scheduled appointment and so I named this woman back and questioned why nobody had named however and he or she served upset and stated that occasionally they wont require a week so when I informed her it'd been per week she sighed and questioned basically needed her to contact them-and discover once they might contact me. I informed her that I did so need her to contact them-and subsequently contact me back again to inform me the things they stated and he or she stated she'd contact them-and contact me. It's been three months today since I have registered and he or she never named me again and nobody from Baja Broadband has called me both. I'm unsure why they'd not bother to possess somebody bypass to houses and obtain individuals to register when they did not would like to get new customers. I believe this is extremely bad customer support and that I need them to locate a method to repair this issue!!
