Can not get ni cor to turn gas back on after not knowing it was even turned off

Having fallen behind in my Ni Cor bill the first of June my sevice was turned off with out notifing me. Paid bill in full end of June and continued to pay monthly bills on time to the present date. Tried to turn on heat on Saturday November 6 and it would not go on. Roof top unit. Called my service man thinking the furnace was broken. They came first thing on Monday, checked unit and discocered there was a lock on the meter and unit was not getting gas. I paid a $125.00 service call bill. I called Ni Cor to get lock removed and service started Monday morning. I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday between 12:00 and 4:00. They never showed. At 4:30 I called and set another appointment for Wednesday 12:00- 4:00 and again they never showed. I called again on Thursday after I saw the lock was removed but still no gas. According to the service rep., the lack was removed on Thursday morning but they did not turn on the gas. They said it was my responsibility since the work order was only to remove the lock and they would have to charge me another service call to put the gas on. I borrowed a wrench from a neighbor and tried to turn the valve but it would not move.

When I asked why I was billed (and paid) the following monthly bills when I had no service, I was told that was the charge to bring gas to building even though it was never used.

They missed 2 scheduled appointments with no notification.

Now they say it is my responsibility to put the gas on even thouh the valve is frozen.

I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that person would contact me - Naturally no one has responded.

Ni Cor is nothing but a monopoly allowed to run wild. They are zero in customer service, zero in communicating, and an absolute zero in logistics when there is a problem.
