I should have fired them on the spot when they showed up two hours late and the main guy Leo had a parrot on his shoulder that had crapped all over his shirt. This moving company is a fraud. They don't know how to move household goods. They will double the time and estimated charges. They intentionally work slow to stretch the time. They argued over each piece that had to be carried. I took them over seven hours to move a one bedroom apt five mile. They billed a fuel charge that was not discussed up front. They refused to unload our goods until they were paid in full for Leo's estimated full time that was at least double the estimate and what any normal company would have charged. So I boxed his truck in so they couldn't steal our goods. The police were called at that point.
They advertise with photos that are totally false and show personnel and equipment that we did not see. They damaged several pieces of our furniture and when pointed out they said " that's what court is for". We now have stained furniture from his bird crap loaded shirt.
The faulty hydraulic lift gate left a oil spill in the street on both ends.
This company uses several names, OC movers, OC mighty movers, they advertise on Craigs List as "ONLY $25/hr per guy and $10 for the truck!!!" Don't believe it, it's a major scam.
