I sent this company a check for $2500, over 6months ago along with almost 100pages of paperwork. I was told they would modify my loan on my mortgage and promised to bring me down to a 2% for the lifetime of my loan. Originally i spoke to a richard, then i got hung up on, then i called back and this person "rich" was away. I called several times a day just to find out just an update on this service i paid for in full. No response until a person by the name of angel called barely spoke english trying to tell me they will update me by the end of the day, this went on for months on end. Last week i contacted the fbi and asked for advise, they opened a case and said there has been many complaints about this company and they are in the process of refunding money then shutting this faulty company down.
