GreenLeaf Modify
Took $1000.00 from my account without authorization

On 18 Feb I contacted GreenLeaf Modify to see if they could assist me in a mortgage loan modification. I had lost my job and I wanted to see what I could do to try and keep my home. After nermerous conversation with this company they convinced me that they could do it. I signed the paperwork on the date and sent them a check for the initial payment of $900.00. According to the paperwork within one week someone would contact me and go over the paperwork and the procedures and within two weeks the person assign to my case would contact me a brief me on the status.

After waiting the one week then the second week, no one had contacted me as of yet. I contacted the company and was informed that the person (Allen) I had originally spoke to, had been fired. On 13 March I had not heard from anyone yet, so I contacted the company to let them know that I no longer wanted thier services. This phone call was followed by a letter that I send to them (certified) and was signed for by a B Dhavez. On 15 March I was getting things ready to go to Ohio for a job interview, so I opened up my checking account to find out what my balance was and I noticed that GreenLeaf Modify had taken out $1000.00.

I looked through the paper work just to make sure I did not give them authourization, and I had not. I contacted the company and kept saying I had to speak with the manager. After nermerous phone calls I finally contacted a Mr. Paul Beam (I thing that is how you spell his name) on 2 April. He stated that he would contact the financial department to have them return the money. I had attempted to contact him everyday since then and I have yet received my money.
