H & A Printing company agreed to do 75 wedding invitations by October 5th.invitations were not ready October the fifth. Owner requested an extension to October 9th. Wedding shower on the 10th perfect. Well the invitations were not ready the 9th. Owner requested extension till October the 11th and he would call us. He didn't call. We called October the 12th and asked. He said to give him till the 18th.invitations were "ready." Upon arrival it is usual for one to inspect finished product. Staff was getting upset and rude because we were checking them and stated that they were all the same. Upon opening them strings on the invitation some were too short and you couldn't open the invitation, some torn, some of them the string would come loose, some had a different string, some were stuck because of glue, and some had fingerprints and glue. Reception information was completely wrong. So we showed them like any other customer would, and their face was a face like we are not doing nothing about that, were rude, grabbed invitation and threw it onto table, and they got really upset and they requested a week to fix them. Later on that day spoke to owner and his manners were not better, actually worse, claimed the work is done and that we would have to wait for them to fix them. He threw out the ones that were torn, and we had paid for 75 exactly. We requested a refund for our money, we had to rsvp in two days, he said no because the work was done. Well "Done" Poorly. He rudely exclaimed, "Don't tell me how to run my business!" and refused to talk to us. Don't recommend this service at all.
