'Warren's First Impression'- Printing Rip-off, a lesson in futility

I ordered wedding invitations from Warren's First Impressions. The printed items were not ready until *2 days before my wedding* though I submitted the necessary items a few weeks in advance.

I paid with checks totaling $700 to cover the printing fees. The total came to:$593.65.

I then sent them an email stating my displeasure with their handling of my wedding announcement/invites. They offered me a discount for services rendered as well as the refund of the overage.

He then incorrectly noted my payment (by $100) and when I produced the cancelled checks agreed to refund me $219.

To date (sept 7) the check has never been mailed and he refused my repeated attempts to contact him and get my money... MORE THAN ONE YEAR LATER.
