Poor Customer Service and Shoddy Work

Recently had work performed on my pool. The owner, John Paradis, was not on time and made several excuses as to why he did not show up when promised. This rasied several red flags, and I probably should have asked him not to perform the work. When he finally did the job, he seemed to be in a rush, did not have the proper equipment and material, and did what I call, a "hack job." Although I feel John has good intentions, he really needs to be in another business.
