This is a company that may or may not exist anymore but they are using the same phone numbers to do business under mr. Appliance franchise now. They call themsleves brother mikes maintenance and they advertise that they have business in florida and masshusetts. They contacted my company via our website as a national company and hired us to perform trash-out s and lock changes companies we have already performed services for on other properties. After performing the first few jobs we decided to suspend our relationship due to the fact that they were never able to answer our replies via email or phone regarding the payments for the services rendered. The last time we performed these services were june. I beliveve that this company took the money they contracted out and started a franchise called mr. Appliance in masshusetts. This is not about mr. Appliance franchise but the brothers named mike page and arthur page.
