I just placed an order on Lands' End for some holiday gifts. Between when I added my credit card information and hit okay and printed the on-line receipt, the price of my order increased by over $20!!! When I contacted customer service, I was placed on hold so they could check on the correct pricing. (During the time on hold, I was able to replicate my order in the shopping cart and again got the lower price). The customer service rep came back and explained that the price I was charged was correct and the shopping bag price was wrong. I am very disappointed that a company that prides themselves on customer service and 100% guarantees refused to honor the pricing at which I placed my order in good faith!
