Alexei Abrao Company will not honor warranty. Work has fallen apart due to poor workmanship. Owner will not return calls for 4 months

I hired Italia Pavers to install interlocking pavers around my pool. This work was cover under a 2 year warranty. Now the 2 foot retaining wall is pulling away and sinking. I called Italia Pavers and they informed me that I was still covered under warranty but only covers poor workmanship. They would come and fix it for an additional charge. I called two Paving companpies and the informed me that the reason the wall is pulling away and sinking is because it was not installed properly on concrete Sonotube's.
I called Italia Pavers to let them know but they did not answer my calls or return my calls. After calling several times I finally Alex finally answers and tells me that he is just a sales person and that the owner is out of the country but will call me back. I wrote a letter and mailed it but they only have a P. O Box. I have been calling and leaving messages with the receptionist that apparently doesn't know the address where she works.
I have been calling for 5 months now and still nothing. I'm not looking for a refund I just want them to fix to stand by their work and fix the poor workmanship.
