Deceptive Pricing

Today I was shopping online at CJ Banks. I added several clearance items into my shopping chart.By the time I went to check out, the prices had changed from about $6 to $60. I called customer service to see how to fix this problem on the website. I was told that the price was no longer being honored. The customer service representatives and managers would not fix the problem. I was told to visit the site during the weekend for a sale. The shirts that were $60 originally $60 and were now $60 on clearance. When I asked if CJ Banks would do anything to make amends for their mistake, I was told I could get free shipping. I already get shipping free since I am a member of CJ Banks. I even asked if CJ Banks would sell the shirt to me for $5 less than their $60 price. I was told no that they would not honor the previous price online or any other discount. This is not the first time that I have had the experience of CJ Banks changing the price of clearance clothing. Sales come and go, but it is very deceptive to change the actual price of the clothing from one hour to the next. The website says that they hope that the shopping experience had been enjoyable. It was anything but today and in the past. If CJ Banks does not honor prices from one hour to the next, I do no want to be a customer any longer. Cj Banks needs to own up to their mistakes by at least offering some kind of customer service, such as offering the discount on one shirt, a small discount, anything to keep your customer a customer. It is not productive of your customer service to ask the frustrated customer to go to a sale at a later date. I don't want to go to a sale and have the sale prices changed on my again.
