Contacted chunky about a week ago... Ordered a glass piece and cleaner, they never emailed me a confirmation. So i emailed them the following day and asked if they recieved my order. They responded promtly and said yes, and the items i ordered were out of stock do i want something else? I responded immediately and gave them a choice of about 5 items they could choose from to send me. Ive never heard from them since and that was a week ago. I have tried about 5 times to contact them via email and even contacted that fake number they have online that goes directly to a voice mail saying sorry the users mailbox is full and cant accept calls at this time. So after reading the multiple complaints it seems as if i am a statistic,

Btw, the bull crap they say during the purchase is your card will never be charged until the transaction is done and product is shipped. Well my card was charged immediately. What a hassle!!! But i will contact the bank, the bbb, the local authorities where they are located for being a scam or if they arent the worst customer service company on the internet...
