Lost Visa Gift Card Replacement Still Missing After 30 Days

On approximately August 23, my daughter lost a Visa gift card from Gift Card Mall. Over 30 days later, we still do not have the replacement. I have called so many times, and they kept saying to wait, wait, wait. I stopped waiting and asked them to resend the card. They allegedly did that 10 days ago, and 5 days ago a message was left that they had sent another card. Guess what? Still no card! Do not use this service. I am out approximately 180.00 and still waiting for the card.
