Simon Mall Visa Gift Card
Ripoff

Tried to use a Visa Simon giftcard. The card had expired. Tried to get renewal. Cannot be done. Also charged a service fee that was deducted from the original gift amount. Terms are in small print inside the gift card holder that I did not open until I was shopping with the expired card!

Customer Service said too bad I should have read the small print. I lose! Why should a gift have an expiration date? It was paid for in full by the person who purchased it as a gift. Advice: Give Cash!!
