Gift Card Holders beware Ripoff, Thieves, Stole Money, Dishonest

I received a Simon Mall Visa Card for the amount of $10.00 for my birthday in Oct. 2004. Come on now a gift is a gift. I had no idea what day the person purchased the card but it certainly says good thru 5/05 on the card. When I went to use the card in Oct I was told their was nothing on it. I decided to call the number on the back of the card and was told I had $10.00 to use on the card. I have since tried to use the card on two other occasions and was told it could not be used outside of mall and now it is 1/3 and now I have been told that the entire amount of the card has been voided because a charge of $2.50 per month is take per month to maintain the card.

This is outright theft and I am not going to stop trying to re-gain my gift money back with interest at this point. This place has stolen my money and I want it back! If we as customers did this we would be in Jail. His is where this company owners need to be for fraud and theft!
