Save-a-tub Destroyed my bathtub by leaving it full of runs and full of dust. Said it would wash down when it dried in 2 days

I am a single mom and I am in over my head in a house we need to sell. I went to craigslist and seen the tub guy so i researched the tub guy and found nothing bad. I liked the words he uses little less talk... However, he arrived 2 hours late with another guy I did not know and spoke very little english (which i guess is why he says a little less talk) He bad mouthed a competitor of his from craigslist the entire time he was hear which was very unprofessional to me. Then the price went from $499 to $800 and all I could thing of is it is still less then replacing at $15,000.00. Then he pulls the popcorn ceiling down when he removes the tape and it falls into the tub. He hurriedly explains it will wash down the drain when it dries. I pay him cash because that is all he accepts. And he was gone. 2 days later I called another man familiar with tub guy and told him what happened. This man never, not once mentioned a bad thing about tub guy other than he felt i was overcharged.
