Simple car wash

I took my truck in to have the oil change and wash, when i got my truck back i notice that the door would not unlock, only to discover that the entire lock had been broken off. I spoke with a few people only to have them look at and not even talking to me about the problem but talk to themselves and tell me that this was not their problem. I don't understand that they would not even try to resolve this problem with me and this is the owner i was talking to i assume. This kind of problem is not good for anyone especially when you are dealing with consumer who trust them to take care of their property.
