Collin Cozzo, Save-A-Tub Workmanship is shoddy and he doesn't honor his warranty

I had him do my bathtub last year. It didn't even lat 6 months before it
started coming up in sheets. I contacted the owner Collin Cozzo.

For the past 20 years Flawless Finish has been resurfacing bathtubs, showers, tile and counter tops in homes just like yours! Family owned all of our worked is backed by a 5 year warranty.

I emailed this to him:

You did my tub last year, and it has come up. We need to have you re-do it.

Here is an e-mail from him - Theses are his actual words.

"Sorry for your inconvenience. I would be happy to come fix the problem. 40.00 trip charge 50.00service charge for materials n labor."

"Hour 179 craigslist special comes with a one-year warranty. This is our commercial grade house flipper apartment special. Our 249 bathtubs are residential quality five-year warranty. I'm sorry if you were confused. I have offered you a remedy to the situation."

I spent $269.00 with this chain smoking BOZO. His work is shoddy and won't honor his warranty.

He only accepts cash and I don't think he carries insurance.
