GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - the best customers service

Walked into kays and was a bit busy, but the young lady behind the counter was with a customer, but she took the time to give me a warm hello and greet me and said someone will be with you as soon we can. I saw that she was almost done with the customer she was with so i waited. The young lady walks over and introduces herself as Sue, she thanks me for being patient and asks me if she can show me something or help me find something, i said yes please i have no idea what to get my wife. She show me a few things and all were great ideas but still wasnt sure, then she says i have something i would like to show you over this way if you dont mind i think she would love and might be exactly what we're looking for. It was a 3 stone diamond ring, we had been looking at a few rings colored stones first. I was so impressed, she Sue was so professional, happy to be helping, a friendly smile, very classy, i have to tell you i wasnt expecting this from a Kay's store. She made me feel comfortable with this purchase. Thank You to you Sue for helping put a smile on my wifes face. Will for sure tell everyone about my Kay experience..
