Kay Jewelers crapping Quaility - Diamond wedding bands

My husband and I both have wedding bands that we bought at Kays. My husband also bought my engagement ring with Kays. We have all of the ESP for the rings. Nine months ago I took my rings in to have them soldered. After 6 months the solder broke so we decided to go to a local jeweler to have them re-soldered. The local jeweler looked the rings over and told me that I they could do it but I had a loose stone in the band and the engagement ring needed to be re-tipped. We decided to take the rings back to Kays to have them do the work because it was covered under the ESP we paid for (BIG MISTAKE). They took the rings and told me that it would be two weeks. I got the rings back and the first thing I notice is pitting in the gold on the diamond band. I then turn the ring over to see that they soldered the ring but with a larger hole in the soldering. I decided to take the ring anyway and take it to the same local jeweler and have them fix the soldering (second crappy soldering job for Kays). I take the ring to the local jewelers where they proceeded to tell me and show me all of the flaws in the workmanship of the ring. THEN they show me all of the flaws in the stone of the wedding band!!! I asked the jeweler to give me an estimate of how much it would cost to fix ans replace the flaws and issues. The jeweler then tells me that the cost would be more than the ring it worth!!! They told me it was better to take the ring back and make them fix it. I took the ring back showed them the issues and chips and flaws. The sales clerk apologized and said he would send it out and have them fix the problems and replace the flawed diamonds. While we were there he looked at my husbands wedding band and he said there were two flawed diamonds in his ring that he would have them replace as well (ANOTHER MISTAKE). Three weeks later I go and pick up the rings. Right away I noticed that the pitting in the diamond and gold band is still there. The sales clerk takes one look at my husbands ring and tells me they didn't clean it after working on it and takes it to clean it. While he is doing this I am looking over the paperwork from the jeweler to see "Naturally Flawed Diamonds-Not warrantied-Not Replaced" for both rings. The sales clerk comes back with my husband diamond wedding band in a box. He did not offer to show it to me or let me look it over. Unfortunately for me I am on my lunch break and I am unable to sit and go through the many things that I am now sure are still wrong with our rings. I take both rings with me only to return after work and a phone call to Kay Jewelers corp. Office. The Corp. Office told me over the phone to return to the store and the store would send the rings back to have them fixed. However, the Store must have missed the memo because they told me after looking at the rings again and seeing the same issues; that in order to get them fixed I would have to pay for new stones and the repairs. I now have two rings that are not even worth the original amount we paid for them, and they want me to pay to fix the issues that they cased in the first place!!! I have been without my wedding rings for two months and my husband for a month and the rings are still not fixed.
I am now having the rings appraised and talking to my Lawyer friend about my options.

I will never buy anything at kays again!!!
