Inexperienced workers at Target Visual in Aliso Viejo. Two acquisitions-two negative experiences. Required 30 days to obtain my glasses proper. I acquired shades and mentioned it had been overweight. Without taking a look at the purchase and sometimes even my shades, Lisa states they're heavy since it requires 7 levels to polarize the contacts. Required them again and Carla states they created plastic rather than plastic. Both attributed each other for that error. Lisa doesn't prefer to make changes for fixtures. Appears like she does not understand how or need responsibility in the event she fails the structures. She smashed my first structures by altering them. For my next set, I'd to inform her just how to alter. They both inform me they're qualified opticians. I really doubt it. Goal must enhance on customer support and also to employ qualified opticians.
