Incorrect Lenses - Refusal to correct or reimbuse

I'd a prescription packed which was supplied by my Ophthalmologist (to conserve money). Goal optician suggested that their computer might alter the prescription to suit me for 'pc' spectacles. I'd formerly had Priois that required changing. I mentioned okay to test it out.

I acquired the spectacles back (my very own structures) plus they simply weren't appropriate. I visited the shop using the fresh and my prior spectacles so that they might see the distinction. They mightnot have cared less. I repeatedly stated that THE GOAL pc had produced the prescription however they kept stating that because it was from another physician they'dnot do something. I mentioned it had been THEIR pc that produced the contacts specification however they simply stonewalled me.

DON'T STORE THERE or any limbs. They've NO IDEA what they're performing and WOn't recognize their 90-day promise!
