Bad experience

Lately I'd a, borderline-chaotic conversation having an employee and also the operator of Playground Opticians in College Heights, Ohio. I visited Park Opticians on Dec. 2 to look at glasses. I came across three structures that I preferred, and requested for details about them. The client support employee declined to provide me the product numbers. Following a a bit more back-and-forth, I stated that I'd never heard about an optical shop declining to provide details about structures to some client.

At that time, another employee hurried from the back-room, place her nose inside an inch of mine, and screamed “Well you've now.” after which she pushed me. I stated that I'd protest towards the Better Business Office, and also the worker stated “Oh yes, large threat.”

Nowadays I named among the store’s co-homeowners, Flo Saiger, and requested for an apology on her workers totally unprofessional conduct. Ms. Saiger stated she was sorry easily was upset, but she declined to apologize. After which Ms. Saiger hung-up on me.
