Brighter Scents Sent me the wrong gel ($150) and refuse to correct the mistake

I ordered 50# Medium density gel candle wax from Gelluminations. I received 2-25# Low density gel candle wax. I emailed them within minutes of discovering their mistake. I never received a response back.
A few days went by still no response. I then called, which you'll NEVER be able to reach anyone, or leave a message. I proceeded to send them a fax.in the fax, I asked for them to contact me by phone - so I could get this fixed.
The fax got a response back; an email stating they must have labeled the wax wrong and that they sent me the correct wax. I have purchased medium density gel candle wax numerous times from them and it was not the same product (which has always came in 1-50# bag).
I emailed them back after receiving theirs, no response. I have faxed them pictures proving that they sent me low density (the 2 -25# bags are labeled low density). Gelluminations has not responded. Clearly refusing to fix this problem.
I have $150.00 worth of Low density wax that is worthless to me. I have resently sent my complaint to the Iowa Attorney General.
