Gelluminations ripped me off of 69 dollars, they dont respond to emails or phone calls

I ordered a candle order from Brighterscents.com... Thinking I was going to get 2 awesome gel candle starter kits, I spent 69.00, they had no problem charging my order to my credit card. I ordered it on Jan 3rd and its been 3 weeks and nothing, I got a confirmation order email and that it, I tried calling all I get it a voicemail saying im sorry the voicemail box is full goodbye... And no one responds to emails, I have sent many, the first couple were nice, the last couple werent so nice... All I want are my candle kits I ordered, I ordered some cool scents, and stuff, and was so excied to find a nice candle company online, boy did I get ripped off.
