Acme screw manufactered and repaired as needed, cost $4000. Never recieved manufactured leadscrews

Mark Michell owner of International Ballscrew Repair was contacted for the evaluation of two leadscrews. I was to send the leadscrews to him, if the leadscrews were not repairable he would manufacturer new ones. One leadscrew was out of a machine that the downtime needed to be minimal. This was explained to Mark. Mark was to evaluate the leadscrew for that machine. If it was not repairable and needed to be manufactured he would make a print and send the old leadscrew back so the machine could be ran while the new leadscrew was built. The other leadscrew was not as important and repair is all that was to be done.

I shipped the lead screw with a note in the box that the smaller of the two leadscrews was the one I needed back by Monday repaired or not.

I recieved two repaired leadscrews on Monday, Mark needed to have the Money for the two manufactured leadscrew before he could ship them to me. I sent him the check.

I have not received the manufacured ballscrews and International Ballscrew Repair will not return our phone calls or email.

Why would I pay for repaired leadscrews as well as manufactured leadscrew.

I payed $4000 for the cleanning of two leadscrews.
