Not going by the original agreement

I am retired and only get my pension on the first of every month. I was told by the saleman I will not be billed until the 2nd of each month. After the instillation on today Jun. 24 it was then I was told they will debit my account with in 72 hours.instead of waiting until the 2nd of July. Even though I call and talk to some the will not change it, it was stated it is automaticTHIS WASN'T EXPLAIN TO ME ORIGINALLY, EVEN THE SALEMAN WASN'T AWARE OF THE NEW POLICY.
