Saleman Tino deceptive, dishonest, lying to the customer to get you into their store ripoff

My husband myself and our 2 year old baby had been to several dealerships trying to trade in our 2001 nissan for a larger car/suv to accomodate our 3 other kids and my recent job change which involves quite a commute. I told the salesman at Don Kott I didn't want to do the whole you go high I go low deal and I knew what I could afford so what could they do for us. Tino the saleman said "No Problem" we were ther for 3 hours negotiating and finally agreed on a 2002 expedition.

Long story short he still tried to get the 4500.00 down when I told him from the begining I didn't have a down, he recommended a car of lesser value, we test drove a ford windstar which 5 blocks away ran out of gas, we were stranded for 45 min waiting for someone to come get us. Then once we arrived back at the dealership an offer of $415.00 per month was made to me, from the begining I told them no more than $350.00 per month.

We left, no car! Two days later 3 different sales people called me, finally Tino called and said great news, the price went down on the expedition you got yourself a deal, nothing down and $354.00 per month. I stated 5 times, please don't have me drive down there for nothing, "NO, No I asure you it's in the bag!" Once we arrived we were told (after waiting 45 minutes) there must have been a misunderstanding, we can't do that offer. But we can put you in a lesser value car! We left, no car wasted time and gas and unhappy!!
