Bad business deal and selling practices

Wanted to purchase a dependable vehicle. Saleman did not go over inventory. Salesman sold me a vehicle with incorrect paper work.informed saleman of the fear that I had driving the vehicle because of the steering problems.informed him of the bad threading of the tires. Saleman made alot of excuses. The vehicle has blood and broken glass throughout thehave vehicle. I feel that I have been scamed. Their selling practices need to be reviewed and not lie to the customers about the need of gap insurance. My feeling are hurt because with dealing with customers we should come first and not a quick sale.
