Fraud, liars, scams, horrible

Case Description: They were to clean my windows, tracks, & screens on 5/14/20. I returned home to discover that had not and called them immediately to find out why? I thanked them for the SPIT BOTTLE left in my driveway and was told that they would be back out the next day - I requested Sat. Since I would be home. They never showed. I requested a refund and was told by Tony that they would not issue one per their policy.
