Hired Justin to wash windows. He did not wash all windows that he was supposed to clean. The windows not cleaned are high and hard to reach. After Justin left we discovered that all windows were not cleaned. Called to let him know and he said he would return to complete the job. After five days I called again and he argured that we didn't tell him to clean the disputed windows. He was very uncooperative and our conversation ended abruptly. We paiid him for the job plus a tip and still have uncleaned winows.
