Hot Shots USA Company Has Warranty on Class Rings but Does not honor in full

In February I ordered my class ring from this company via my college. I got the ring in April and all was well until... The ring has a red Epoxy that surrounds the outside emblem. Now after only a year, it is coming off and the ring looks horrible because the red is starting to chip away, even though the ring is not worn much. I called the company and spoke to "Michelle" in the customer service department for class rings and she was not only rude, but she was more "inconvenience" and made sure that I knew I was placing an imposition on her (even though I was asking her to do her job.)

I asked to speak to the CEO - whom I was told his name was simply "Bob" no last name. But "Bob" was not there and no one knew when he would be (or if) but it was surely the case that "Bob" would not be there today or Monday morning or perhaps not until Tuesday.
