Sunshine Delivery Hijack Loading Moving Scam

To Whom it May Concern,

After providing a list of items (already packed) and detailed dimensions of each i was quoted ~$1100 for my move from VA to FL. The movers showed up a day late and loaded my belongings then asked for $2925. After a dozen calls and repeated promises to call me back I cannot get any update on my delivery or information about the difference between the quote and what they charged me. This company's model is clearly the "Hijacked Load" scam. While I am concerned that I will never see my furniture again after paying 3 times what was quoted it is important to me that they are investigated and other consumers are spared the hell I am currently living through.

The company says they are out of New Jersey but they are actually registered in Davie, FL
